We collect electronics right here and from our partners. We refurbish what we can, and responsibly recycle what we can’t.

What happens when we collect a product? First we inspect everything for damage. If a device isn't able to be refurbished, it is broken down into it's components and sent to down stream RIOS certified partners who can make use of those components. If a device passes our strict inspection we then securly wipe or physically destroy any hard drives. Security is our top priority. Once a device is cleaned and securely refurbished it is ready for sale either in our storefront, or online. It is always our goal to reduce the load on our landfills, so we do everything we can to keep as much out of them as possible.
