We collect electronics right here and from our partners. We refurbish what we can, and responsibly recycle what we can’t.
What happens when we collect a product? First we inspect everything for damage. If a device isn't able to be refurbished, it is broken down into it's components and sent to down stream RIOS certified partners who can make use of those components. If a device passes our strict inspection we then securly wipe or physically destroy any hard drives. Security is our top priority. Once a device has had all data removed it moves on to one of our partners to continue it's useful life.
